Hi Everyone,

I am a new joiner in Capgemini. In Feb month, is it fine if I complete only 10 days of wfo.

Because I see that a lot of new joiners are not coming to the office at all from last month. And If I complete only 10 days in Feb, then will there be any issue??

I think u should complete 12 days , time in office can be less but try for 12 days if not, apply for holidays so bro compliance is maintained

Had the same impression, so I too was not regularly coming to office. Was doing 10 days, 9 days, sometimes even did 5-6 days as well. Ultimately my ratings was downgraded because of BTO non compliance.

My suggestion, it's ok if you do 10 days once in a while but don't make it a habit.
