Out of your total working days (excluding comp off and optional leave), you need to be present in office for 60% of the days. Example: After deducting your comp off and optional leave, your total work days come to 18. Then 18 * 0.6 = 10.8 which rounds off to 11. So you need go to office for 11 days. Hope clear.
