Has anyone availed 6 months WFH policy post the baby is born. I am asking for fathers, anyone can avail this or this is for any special cases ?

Yes, I have availed it . You can opt for WFH from the DOB of your child. But you have to raise exception request from successfactor.
Also, you can avail 15 days holiday also as paternity leave. Just that you have to upload your child's birth certificate before raising an exception

I think on pregnancy phase only we can opt for WFH, post the baby i don’t think they will allow us to avail WFH
