I have received the below mail. Will I be terminated?

This is in continuation of our earlier communication sent to you regarding your office attendance.

While reviewing the system records, it has come to our notice that despite being advised multiple times and despite sending you aforesaid warning email, you are not completing the required number of office working hours as per the Company policy. It has also been observed therein that you are swiping-in your access /attendance card at the office, followed by swiping-out of the same within a few minutes and / or a couple of hours on multiple occasions.

Your abovesaid acts are presumably to falsely denote your compliance with the above-referred hybrid work mode guidelines which is unprofessional and in gross violation of Company’s policies.

We regret to inform you that despite providing you sufficient opportunities, there has been no improvement in your behavior, and you have failed to adhere to the Company policies/ guidelines and have continued with your defiant behavior unabated.

You are hereby strictly warned of further indulging into any such acts or practices, and forthwith called upon to improve your behavior and adhere to the Company policies.

Please be informed that your attendance in Capgemini office location is being reviewed and monitored on regular basis and in the event of any repeat instance of the abovementioned act or violation of the Company policies thereof the Company shall be constrained to initiate appropriate action/s in line with Company’s policies / guidelines, which may impact your growth and rewards and can lead up to termination.
