Trending @Capgemini; Want to switch career

I'm currently working in a Non technical L1 support project at Capgemini since 2.4 years. My goal is to transition into a Devops Engineer role. I’ve been studying hard and have already earned a few certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and HashiCorp Terraform Associate and now give AWS solution architect next week.

I’d love to hear any advice or suggestions from those who have made a similar transition or are currently in DevOps roles. How can I best position myself for opportunities within Capgemini or beyond?
