Trending @Capgemini; Want to resign
I have been working in capg for 9 months i have been put in a project where they make me work like hell. But they are not giving billablity. I dont feel like working here anymore. And think will look for job somewhere else. Or go for masters. Is it a right decision to resign in 9 months?

There are people sitting on bench for many months without and work. There are people having billable hours but ni work. Just charge the time to billable code and do irrelevant things and browsing and waste their valuable time just because they have billable code. Since you are getting so much to do but unfortunately, it is not billable. Don't worry about it. Just talk to manager when your time will become billable. As long as you are learning in demand skill set, try your best to make use of the opportunity. It is like buying something for growth versus putting money in bank FD. What you are doing is the best thing everybody wants to. Keep going on. Just make sure it is helping your resume and you are learning more and advanced things. It will pay you off somewhere in future.

I am doing i tried not to give up and i did everything but they are making it so pressurised and my health is deteriorating alot.

You become courageous and ask project manager for one on one discussion. Project manager need to visualise your situation and then he will have solution. You should put your experience transparently. Do not try to make it emotional. Do not try to show this as frustration. It should look constructive approach to them and seniors. All the best. You will benefit from it. Resign option always there. Keep it in your pockets
Don't understand what's the issue with the new joiners these days who are starting their career. Dd you expect your working life to be like your college days?

You are getting a monthly salary right then why worrying about billing. You are still not eligible for annual hike till 1.5 years.
Work pressure is common everywhere but if it is affecting your health badly then talk to HR then resign

I tried talking to Higher level RMg HR telling him how everything is affecting me but he didn’t agreed to change the project. He said even if you are not billable since 9 months you stay in this project.

Yes they will not listen as they don't want to make any efforts to make U happy ,check the market ,if jobs of 3 months notice are available then switch

If your getting better opportunity outside i think you should go with it. In HR round don’t mention this reason just tell them that the project is not align with your stack and for better technical growth im switching

Yes I am looking for other jobs, but I felt i need some guts to take this step. I think reading everyone’s comments and suggestion i feel confident
Now doing masters is too much hard
So right now the situation in cg is also too much hectic
So if possible try to talk with project manager and ask him to get billable
Asap
And outside market is also not good
So it's better to stay there

But my project people are doing politics and its affecting my mental health and physical health as well plus its a second shift.
I tried talking to RMG to change project but they didn’t agreed.
I m fresher i know work pressure is a thing but in my project i dont get any proper help support as well

Which account?
