Atleast C2 has a decent package, think about the people like us who are having 4-4.5 lpa range salary, there also they are not giving hike, not even 20k annually is getting increased. A grade people are most scarified group.

Acatully this hike thing no sense is going from a long time, the only way to deal with this are making a group and giving a mass complain against these people, something mass group of people raising voices can give a shake to the higher people.

Yes correct we should reach out to company CEO and must deliver a good reply in favour of compensation what we received ,and even many of us not yet received any appraisal yet
