Trending @Capgemini; Variable pay and increment.

I heard from one of the onsite teams that across capgemini there would be no hike and variable pay.

They seem to confirm that capgemini india will not be getting variable pay or any increment due to global recession (I hope this is not true).

What are your thoughts? Has anyone else heard something like this?
