I joined the organisation on 1st jan,24. I didn't receive variable pay for jan/feb/march in april salary. Will it be considered in next cycle?

No, if you have variable component in your package then only

As far as I know, this year some employees got annual compensation while some didn't. I was lucky enough to get it but my friend didn't. She contacted HR for the same but got a copy paste explanation of budget constraints, BTO etc. Not sure if it will be compensated later. This year getting compensation looks difficult.
