I am 27F, Can I ask for a regular shift without night shift as I was feeling sick & my blood report is 400+ diabetes which is mostly from the stress.....is there any policy for such reasons in CG? Or how can I manage this situation as the doctor suggested to take the test next week as well.
Don’t stress too much it’s just work. If the current shift is affecting your health, you can definitely request a regular shift. And if that’s not possible within your current project, you are well within your rights to request a release on the grounds of health concerns. TC..
Drop a formal email with medical proofs to HR and your direct manager they'll help but make sure not to rely on verbal promises or discussions as that could keep you stuck for months.
