You should go and discuss with your manager, what's lagging. You will be added in upskilling program. If you successfully complete this program, pass the assessment then you will get another project else you have to resign.

- First thing first: Try searching for a job outside with any popsicle ctc based on your location. It’s just for keeping a safety net for yourself and I am. It trying to tell you it may surely happen. You just need a backup is my suggestion
- Talk to your manager and ask where you are lagging and what you need to improve. Try to improve and learn for those points
- See to it you do min WFO for 12 days or more and each day you should be in office atleast for 6 hrs. If possible make it 9 hrs for all the 12 days just to show your intent to improve your gen if you don’t have any intent.
- Just try to connect to bench team and your manager every day or every alternate day to discuss your project, again to shown intent

I am getting a lot of calls but this notice period is 3 months creative problem , any suggestions about this i complete all 12 days but only for 3.5 hours and the current project from where I got detaghed last day is 10th oct and where we need to be there system for more than 12 hour their expectations are very high. So in the office it is hard to stay more than 6 hours but I completed my 12 days I still have not got any feedback for my supervisor or manager or Hr
