In Notice Period is going to Office Mandatory? Also I want to ask if I have Government job offer will they give me early release as I am not joining any private companies??
We have buyout option subjected to manager and HR’s approval however i have not seen them letting ago anyone before 90 days. Regarding the office compliance- yes you have to report at office for 12 days but if you’re not doing it they can’t do anything but manager shares the feedback during exit process and if he puts out all bad notes HRSS will update it as rehiring no. It can be a problem if you’re planning to come back later in future. If you’re not then do what you want who cares! Have fun by the way am on notice too! 90 days 😭😭😭😭
Can you guys share name of companies who are accepting 90 days notice . Or what trick worked for you . It will help immendely
First of all congratulations! If you are not willing to go back and join private organisations in future then it doesn't making sense to wait for completion of notice period after getting government job. You can simply ask company to abscond you. Note: Make sure you haven't shown the current experience in the government job or you have got government job in the same domain with your relevant IT experience. Also it's not compulsory to go office during the notice period.

No it's not mandatory in the notice period, if you are not coming back to private companies simply abscond
