Trending @Capgemini; UREGNT! How to change base location

My base location is Bangalore, and my current client location is Pune. Pune is also my hometown.

As my project is expected to end by August, I’ll be on the bench afterward. During that time, I’ll need to report to the Capgemini office as need to complete 12 days WFO. I would prefer to continue from Pune and wish to not return to Bangalore.

Can someone please guide me on the process to change my base location to Pune?

Would really appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance!

Tell your n+1 to raise a location transfer request from successfactor. And usually it takes 2-3 weeks to get approved. I have raised a request for my N last friday

After request will it go to HR and how much approval is needed in this case

So this should be done before I move to bench right? Because once I'm on bench I would need to report to CG office (12 days WFO policy)

I talked to my people manager, he said, he said like not allowed to change the base location

Why is it not allowed to change the base location? They must have given any reason for it.
