Hi, I am working as a individual resource for one region, my other teammates are getting reallocated to much better and different projects. But I feel like I am stuck at the same position from last year. I am okay where I am but when I see junior associates being taken for a much better opportunity I feel like what is wrong with me that I am not considered.

So is it good to ask for a change or directly approach for release?

Need some advice from you people. Thanks.
