Hi I am in I&D. I got a feedback “1”. And, I also got promoted from B1 to B2. How much salary hike can I expect? My designation is not reflected in SuccessFactors yey. But there is some salary change when I go to Compensation history. Will that be only? Or there will me more? It’s only 10%. I feel it’s less as there is good feedback and promotion both

Check your successfactors -> employee details -> compensation. Your new salary structure should have been updated by now

Bro when I got promoted from a5-> B1 got 5% only. You are getting 10% that's very good. Btw what was your previous CTC? And how much year did it take you to get promoted from b1->B2?
