Hello Guys, I had a query regarding the notice period. After an unsuccessful BOTP, do they ask to resign immediately? If yes how much notice period do they ask us to serve? Is it 30 days or 90 days? If anybody has any experience on this kindly share. Thanks in advance.
I had unsuccessful BOTP ( i wanted it).
1.No need to worry about anything. So chill out.
2.as soon as ur BOTP time ends they will connect and ask you to resign on the same day.
3.from that day you will have 30 days in office to get all clearances done.
4. After 30 days i.e on lwd u will submit laptop and ull receive experience letter and releiveing letter where u will have clean exit( no BOTP mentioned even in bgv)
5.you will receive another 2 months of severance pay and leave encashment after 30 days of lwd.
6.Find a better company who will care about ur career and learning. All the best.
