Trending @Capgemini; Unrealistic Expectations and Micromanagement
This is honestly the most toxic project I’ve ever seen. The higher management has completely unrealistic expectations—how do they expect code development for four components, including end-to-end testing, to be completed within a week? That’s just not possible!
Out of a 9-hour workday, 3.5 hours are wasted in meetings, and on top of that, they’ve made it mandatory to be in the office, with at least 5 hours in the ODC. And the micromanagement is just unbearable—apparently, we can’t be away from our laptops for more than 30 minutes. What kind of work culture is this?
Instead of setting realistic goals, they overcommit to the client and then put this insane pressure on the team. I’ve even heard that if someone doesn’t complete 5 hours in the ODC, they could be terminated. Seriously, what the hell? This VG project is a complete nightmare.

Not just that AT&T project is also same. They are masters of micro management

I am suffering too ... but looks like no way out
