Most of the my friends got call from RMG team for PIP raise, they said u have to find project within 2 months and after two months if u don't get any project submit your resignation letter
There are hundreds of ppl on bench from more than a year.. some even 2 years. Are they not in the list??
I was on billiable project for last one year .
Now , from 1 april , I am on bench because of cost cutting issue my project released me.
Will i get terminated? if i couldn't find any project within this month?
