A4 analyst in Bangalore. In FS. The work and culture seems to be fine. 3 days/week or 12 days/month WFO. I have a client that is nice. But the salary I am getting is veryyy low. I have 6 month of experience and right now I cannot switch as fresher (no jobs for 2024 grads) or experience (< 1 YOE).
Anything I can do except for waiting it out? Or is that my only option?
Bro I started with 3.5lpa and I was in first company for 3 years and their I got good hands on experience with technology and now after 3.6 years I am getting around 20lpa and the people who switched early in career are still getting 12- 13 so focus on skills more then your money

Bro your salary is good for a fresher, mine was 2.5 lpa and after completing 3 years my salary was 4.4 lpa
