I joined in January i am on bench since then, i did not get project yet, i got another offer hence i resigned. So i am on bench and on notice period still my buhr is saying they won’t be decreasing my notice period. Please someone can provide any input what can I do.

Maybe Convince them that there is some emergency at your home and you can no longer come to office. Don't tell them you are going to join other organisation.
