Trending @Capgemini; Unable to Attach File for YER Appraisal

I’m using an SCB-imaged laptop and unable to attach or upload a file for my YER appraisal form. I also tried sending it through my Capgemini email, but that didn’t work either.

Has anyone faced this issue before or knows an alternate way to share the document for appraisal submission?
