Trending @Capgemini; Trying to Switch with 90 day notice period
Hi all, I've completed 2.8 years with Capgemini as SQL DBA and now I'm trying to switch but no one is entertaining 90 day N.P. all recruiters want immediate joiners so my question is there any option in Capgemini to reduce notice period (by Using balance leaves or Buying out your notice period) ? Any input is appreciated.

No they won’t reduce the NP in any case …. I wanted to reduce by NP for 1 day becoz my joining in new organisation falls on the LWD at Capge … HR did not agree to reduce the NP even by 1 day …. .. instead u can resign and start attending interviews .. Incase if u dnt get any offers by the LWD u can withdraw ur resignation..

And what to do when they screened your interview and send an offer letter?

+1 I have the same question as well,

Buy back could be done at certain conditions: they found your replacement or they don’t need your inputs in team or you ain’t billable anymore.
All companies follow this, you will have to ask other companies to wait. Handover is very important and ethical practice too

Never tell other company that your notice period is 90 day's , tell then it's 40 or 60 days

Not accepted till the time you are working in a project

Depends on your HR and practice head My project manager is ready to give me early exir but those 2 are not accepting

Mostly no. But depends upon HR

As far as I know only in two conditions they release you early 1.major medical reasons(only major ) 2.Higher study.
