Trending @Capgemini; Training Portal Issue and we suffer

Not received a hike letter due to non compliance in mandatory training. But in the Training portal nothing is showing...shared screenshot also...Due to the company's training portal issue why did we suffer. No HR and management interested in solving employee issues.

Voice it out to peakon that

  1. CG have to fix training platform issue.
  2. Define clear criteria for appraisal for the year in beginning and not at the end. CG to adopt optimistic approach if they value people.
