It is good to put resignation without having any offer letter i am quite fed up from this organisation they put us i a project where i will lead and i dont have experience and some health concern i have i asked from the release the manager say okay and now they send a mail stating i am unprofessional and i haven’t said anything about my health at the time of joining. Now i have a call with hr and senior leads . I really wanted to put paper

3 months notice period u can put paper and in between will get the job

No i am not fresher but also don’t have that experience to be a lead and that to in support which is quite different from what i have experience

Ya I'm afraid of this only, what if I don't get a job after my notice period ends...I know one person who resigns and then searched for job, got after few months, but if I resign now, it'll be year ending & most companies slowdown hiring by then
