My supervisor still hasn’t processed my shift allowance. Every time I ask, he just says “ok, will do,” but nothing happens. Now it’s been over 2 months — even the previous allowance lapsed. When I mentioned it, he said it’ll be covered, but still hasn’t applied it. Feeling really frustrated chasing this again and again

Honestly put an email to your supervisor, ask him politely all your questions. On how will you get the allowance of the previous months, etc. Drop an email in good faith and ask for clarification. But keep your project leads, supervisor's supervisor, team lead, n+1 , etc (basically all the important people you know) in CC. So everyone is aware and knows. If your supervisor asks, you can just say you needed a written clarification types. Give some professional answer. Don't accuse anyone of anything ( it might lead to other issues) but keep everyone in CC and keep the receipts

It had happened with me as well, l lost 10k + because of my supervisor for not applying for the shift allowance on time
