I'm serving notice period and my LWD is Nov 1st. My timesheet got approved until October and it's pending for only Nov 1st. In the ECMS process, it's mentioned that I need to get the timesheets approved before 3 days of LWD to get my timesheet clearance.
Now here is the problem, my timesheet approver and HR are telling me there is only auto approval in Replicon and asked me to raise a ticket. I raised a ticket and the Replicon team asked me to get it manually approved by my approver.
Each person Is telling a different process and I don't know what else to do. Stuck with this problem for a week now. Does anyone know if there is a process for manual approval or what exactly needs to be done? Appreciate the help.
Ah, the classic Replicon tango! Try getting your manager to manually approve it. If they’re dodging, escalate to their boss. Keep pushing, you'll get there!
They are forcing me to wait until 30th October stating that it'll be auto cleared. I don't know what to believe right now. I think I have to wait until then.
Purposely done by ur people manager , it is auto approval and also can be done by manager
