Currently working in CG with 3.2 yoe as Functional and ETL tester, How much hike(salary) I can expect if moved out of CG? Or else do I need to upgrade my skills in Automation then have to move on? Which is the best approach? Please suggest

Can't give a direct answer to this. It depends on your skill set, your interview, the company you wanna move to, your CTC etc. But good that you wanna switch :)

It totally depends on your interview, budget and current CTC. I would suggest continuing to look for a good company and project and keep upgrading your skills. Also, I'd suggest not to settle below 50% hike in any case.
