Trending @Capgemini; The Peakon Pulse Survey does it Matter?

The Peakon Pulse Survey does not have any impact on the organization. I mean, this year, the maximum people didn't get any hike or promotions; they are not happening; even if they are, they're dry promotions (2–3% hike). People are demotivated and disgusted. But whatever I put in Pulse, it always says "Satisfied with Rewards and Recognition." There was not a single question regarding Rewards and Recognition. So does it even matter, or is it an eyewash.
