How much time does tcs take to release the offer?

They'll take lotta time to release offer. It will be delayed more if you're negotiating since they need to take CTC approval. It may depend on project. Don't expect any reply over mail or even call. You're lucky if you're getting response from them.

Once you submit the documents they will release the offer with in 1-2 days

Anyone here is TCS a better choice than Capgemini? I am having offer of both and TCS is paying slightly more i.e ₹5000
