You apply for a position, successfully clear the technical rounds, and proceed to the HR discussion where the CTC is finalized. You're then asked to submit all necessary documents, which are duly validated. However, after this point, there is complete silence—no responses to calls or messages. After several follow-ups, the HR finally responds only to inform you that your profile has been put on hold.

Unfortunately, such experiences reflect the lack of transparency and professionalism in certain recruitment processes.

Has anyone faced anything like this. Wasted 15 days on this.😞
