Trending @Capgemini; Take a release or stay in a project

Hi , I am in ServiceNow now project it is a development project but it’s nothing to learn in this project everything is ootb to be frankly Ntg is there to work development here I am the single developer here I am not able to work alone I am getting health issues thinking to take release from the project ,project will get over April but project management is worst none r caring about my concern asking another developer since its a new module to work for me now I am thinking whether to take release or not I am 6 years exp pls guide me?? Everyone are saying to stay in the project there are no ServiceNow projects in Capgemini pls guide me???

Bro, just take the release. Your health is more important than any project. If the management isn't listening, it's not worth it. Plus, with 6 years exp, you can find better opportunities. Don't waste ur time and energy on this. 💯

Swich company if possible, because release will anyway lead to termination if no projects are there

Health is the most important thing... If you are unhealthy, you can't work.. take care of that first.. As you said, project is getting over in April, then no need to get release. After April you are free and you can find another project in Capg, or look for other jobs. No more questions from management...
But if you feel you will waste time sitting in this project, or it get extended, then you may ask for release.
But once you are released from the project, we don't know what action they will take... Now they are making income from you since you are in project. When you are in Bench/ released, no income from you.. they need to simply pay you... So they have option to terminate you... But it depends.... So you think about it and act accordingly... All the best...
