Trending @Capgemini; Switching job after 2+ years on bench

I have 2+ years of experience but I am on bench for more than 2 years. I didn't even solve 1 single task. So if I switch the company then is it very difficult for me to work there? Can you give me some tips.

Even if you are on bench without any task . Just create a task on your on study regularly keep updated with new skills get certified. This is the poorest way what you are representing and thinking of yourself. You have to learn on your own instead of depending on your company!
