Trending @Capgemini; Switch - 3 months notice period issue
I want to switch to another company for a better salary hike, and although I haven't applied yet, I'm planning to. The only hurdle is my 3-month notice period.
Early release isn't possible. If I tell HR that I want to switch, they'll probably extend my notice period to 6 months (just kidding, of course).
A 3-month notice period feels like a trap because most companies don’t usually wait that long. They typically need an experience letter, relieving letter, and other documents once we leave the organization.
If I resign and serve the full 3-month notice period, it's still a risk—what if I don’t crack the interview or something else goes wrong?
Any suggestions on what I should do?

Join the club, I was in the same situation 3 months back and now I'm serving notice and giving interviews. If you're afraid of something going wrong you can withdraw your resignation until your LWD. Best of luck! 🤞

what reason should I give HR for leaving the company? And later what if they don't accept my withdrawal request ? I've seen some cases where they don't accept the withdrawal request.

Brother why you need to clarify your reason , just tell HR that you are moving out for financial growth … Keep it as simple as possible, why to complicate
