Until and unless you receive an offer in hand do not resign from CG, you can provide your CV at CG that will not be an issue, just hold on in the project till you receive an offer from TCS. And keep looking for other opportunities outside as TCS will take time to release offer and follow up with TCS HR for the update.

This tcs one I don't know man, I cleared interview 1 month back, documents submitted yet they haven't released offer letter for me. Not sure why they taking so long, probably also to buy time to search for someone else. Bcoz of this I also cannot put exit papers. Is this how usually companies do or a tcs specific trait? No clue as this is my first switch.

How many years of exp you have? And you didn't got any call from TCS as your document verification done like that...

They did one video call to see me + id and since the documents submission from me, they ask to send epfo service history, that's it, so they look like they're interested but also delaying intentionly - it's just what I felt YOE 8

Try chasing TCS for the offer letter, and continue giving interviews. GThis should be your top priority especially when you're not liking it. Get out from this shithole ASAP (but also TCS is shitty so try for a better one)

Sharing CV to CG isn't a problem, just go ahead with it.
