Trending @Capgemini; Suggestions please.
At the time of joining (roughly 18 months back), I decided to stay here for 3-4 years. My project lead and project managers are extremely happy with my performance. But now looking at the appraisals, I applied for another job and cleared two rounds within a week. I think I would easily get 35% hike on current package. Need your suggestion: Shall I go ahead and switch? Or shall I show some patience?

If u get offer then why ask? Go ahead ... Getting such hike will take minimum 5 years in same company...
If hike is the only reason, you've 2 options: negotiate with Capgemini showing them your new offer letter or just leave Capgemini. You'll never get 35% hike in Capgemini
I am also not getting option due to all companies asking for candidates who can join in 2 weeks. if I get a offer I will simply leave
