Trending @Capgemini; Suggestion needed

Hi.. There’s a lot of micromanagement from the leadside — no time for breaks, working continuously five days a week. Even though there’s a work-from-home policy, we can only use it in emergency cases. Constant questions like “When are you coming?”, “Where are you going from your seat?”, “Why are you going there?”, “Why are you late from dinner?”, and “You can’t take leave” make the environment stressful. Should I just stay silent and keep working as long as possible? Or should I raise my concerns, face the conflict, and then resign to move on to a better company because even HR seems to be biased or influenced by the project director?
