I joined Capgemini recently and assigned to this project soon after,. I encountered multiple issues within 3 months into this project, I’m being assigned to work with a client side resource who happens to be so rude. Whenever I connect for task related queries he raises his voice , yells, screams at me which has deeply affected me and giving me mental stress. This has re occurred. Please suggest how I can get release
First, document every instance of rude behavior. Then, escalate the issue to your manager or HR. If the situation doesn't improve, formally request a project release citing mental stress.
I spoke to manager requesting for release from project but he tells me to give it another 3 months to see how it goes, was not expecting this from PM. He says it keeps happening in this team and every week 2-3 resources reach out to me. Thanks for suggesting me to document it,I will ensure I have enough evidences.
