What the heck is wrong with an organisation asking for a full stack developer all of sudden. Every job post I see asking for Full stack with Java, node or python backend. They expect a BE or FE developer to learn the other tech stack immediately or what?

Full stack developer requirement has been there from some years bro... Why will they hire 2 people instead of 1.. to do both FE & BE... Time to scale up if not already...
