My performance reviewer provided positive feedback, but I still received a "Succeeding" rating. I'm unsure who to reach out to for clarification. Will I be eligible for any compensation or promotion opportunities with this rating?

Don’t worry. I work for 16-17 hours, even on weekends and I got Succeeding as well. That’s the CG!!!

They provide max. people succeeding. Does not matter you are working or not. Even if you go to someone for clarification they will mislead you and blame others like HR or Senior Managers are responsible. Will assure you that next time they will take care.
