Trending @Capgemini; Stupid architects in CG
My architect is always away/offline. He/she use to login at 2pm and mostly shown offline. When we ask questions they just started speaking in loud and rude tone never ever they solve my technical doubts and hence i got scold from client. Whenever i speak to my architect a loud noise coming from background like they are either in kitchen or some construction site ( god knows )
I just don’t understand what architect do in projects developers each second is monitored and logged why does this not apply on architect.
I really hate working with my architect.
There are good architects in other projects who take entire responsibility on themselves. Maybe you can try escalating with help of scrum master or other managers if he/she really doesn't help.
Each project has EM , reach out to them with your query and diplomatically discuss your situation if you not getting anything positive reach out to DM(delivery manager) for your BU, if that also does not help, write a clear mail keeping everyone required and tell your problem and setup a meeting based on availability and put them in required joinee.
Practice small notes making habit— timelines, show them how it’s impacting the work and ultimately client’s trust.
If nothing works look out for new job as I’m doing 😂
I'm surprised CG has architects, let alone well-mannered knowledgeable architects
Architect is just a name in the company no one helps/guides you everyone wants to get promoted so why would he/she will help you. Humanity is gone from this world no one cares about you.
