Trending @Capgemini; Stuck with timesheet

I have been working on an internal project which was a POC. Now since last 3-4 months, there is no work as the project manager was not able to find any funding or clients. I am the only one left in this project.

My project code has expired and not able to fill the time sheet for 13 weeks. He keeps on saying to wait until he gets it fixed and in every standup call he gives some excuse. Now, i have been getting mails from prople regarding the timesheet.

What should i do?
