Trending @Capgemini; Struggling to grow

I have been working in this company for the past 3.4 years and I have been working as an application support analyst. Now I want to change the domain and switch to data analytics/power bi analyst role which I have been preparing myself for the past 1 year. Now I want to change my project which is becoming very hard for me to find one appropriate project and ijp is not helping. Do you have any suggestions on what can be done whether to switch company and lie on my resume or keep searching for internal projects?

But for that I need to have work experience in power bi/data analytics right? Which I don't have so I have to lie in my resume for that?

Yes u can lie and put ur current project on power Ni / data any lyrics . Accordingly prepare interview and attend . No one will do background verification whether u worked on that particular tool or not

everyone lies in their resume. It's an open secret. Highlight on the role you want to get in. Practice well !!
