every one is like that all of them has to save them from traps due to arbitary targets given by their seniors so they play around all and just pass the ball they dont want to keep the ball just for their security its just like a harashment with every one the main reason is due to loan trap

But what happens due to this is more of a discussion... The juniors gets crushed in all these things ... Because juniors can't justify themselves as their contacts are very much limited....
