Hi guys, i randomly post this of my random thoughts.I felt like I was very poor in social communication and very poor to approach people socially I had shifted to mumbai before 6 months and working at CG office for past 1 ½ months but I felt like having communications within the team and should appeared at any other, hopefully my teammates are from my state will help me in learning and supporting in my project but at the same case i felt like i was totally in my comfort zone and socially Poor at networking with people and this also leads me to the unnecessary to learn the local language so that i always want to depend or feel lack of confidence outside the office In-depth out of my team What's your thoughts on this ? Drop your suggestions
