Hi , is anyone aware of this skill Evaluation thing. I am on bench for more than 3 months now. And today I got a call that leadership want to evaluate my skills and feedback will be provided to leadership. Can anyone guide me what happens in case of negative feedback. Will they put me under training or terminate me?

Also, if you got any roles in your project. That will be helpful. RN I am open to any role..
