Trending @Capgemini; Should I resign or not?

Hi everyone, I am currently working as a BA/ PO in Capgemini ( Grade - Senior Consultant). I am being offered Product manager at a leading Paints company. After multiple rounds of negotiation, they have sent me a Offer Proposal, the attached PDF file has the entire breakup of the salary, my name and the designation . They are asking me to resign and show them the proof and they will share the offer letter. I want to join, what should I do? They are unwilling to comply, saying it's the HR policy

You could rescind your resignation from the tool after you take the proof of resignation.

It's a gamble though, so please take the suggestion at your own risk. 🙏

Yes these are some policies that the company following prior to share the offer letter. Evaluate the brand value of the offered company and if you find the whole set of discussion happened in a great way then as per me someone should go ahead

Resign immediately. If they are offering a better position and salary, don't hesitate. Capgemini's HR policies are rigid, and you might not get such an opportunity again. Take the leap and don't look back.

Send email of resignation to your own email and do the engineering stuff. Ask them that you need a week more than 90 days for travel and other things. Get the offer and then resign.
