Trending @Capgemini; Should I relocate for billable opportunity
I joined Capgemini 3 months ago, Dec,26th. And I've completed my training in SAP MM. Which is functional module. And now I'm on bench. No one got interview call for project from my batch yet.. We get an Billable opportunity to relocate to Gandhinagar and role will be non technical.. I'm confused should I take this opportunity or wait for some time for another opportunities..As I'm interested for technical roles only. And some girls from another MM batches got technical roles.. . Is there any risk being on bench..

Hii. Actually yesterday again we got survey form for Pune location. I filled that form. But today I got to know it was for non technical role and I'll have interview for the same.
And now if I decline then it'll consider as self rejection and negatively impact my profile. . Should I tell them during interview that I'm not interested for non technical role or are there opportunities to switch roles within organisation later ... .
If you don't want to be on the bench till you complete your probation you can join.
Once I join I need to complete atleast 1.5 year there.. I decided not to go.. As I've completed my training just now so, there are chances to get another opportunities... will wait for another one. for technical role..
