For 40% hike you shouold join, but make sure to read the offer letter throughly because 40% hike is overall not your in hand. What happens is when we join comapny seeing its giving 40% and when we get in hand salary bu month end, it breaks our heart. So process the salary breakup properly and calculate what will you get in hand. Beucause what I hear is banglore is kind of costly (I have not been there just heresay)
