Trending @Capgemini; Should I go for Masters in UK or should I continue working?

I have been working as SAP MM consultant in CG for past 2.5 years and have 4.35 LPA CTC currently. I dont have that much interest in SAP. Should i get masters degree from abroad and start working there or should i continue in SAP in India? What would be the best option for me?
