Hi everyone

Our team is facing issue with shift allowance claiming PM matrix is inactive even though our supervisor approved created multiple incidents though there is any resolution can anyone help on it.?

No one is adding my shift roaster for last 2 month, so unable to claim shift allowance. Not sure what to do

Adding will be done by supervisor itself right ,post that itself it will go to PM

How much money they give for shift allowance? We are working in a wierd shift from 12 and it's easily goes to 9.30-10.00.... no transport..no shift allowance
